Please read these terms before using Candygf App. They set out what the service is, what it is not, and what is expected of both sides.

1. These terms govern your use of Candygf App and the pages published on this website. By browsing the site or starting a conversation you accept them in full.
2. The service is offered to adults aged eighteen years or older. If you are younger, you must not use it.
3. Every character presented here is invented. Names, portraits and biographies are creative works and do not depict real individuals.
4. Conversations are entertainment and companionship. They are not counselling, therapy, medical care, legal representation or financial advice.
5. You must not rely on anything said in a conversation as professional guidance. Consult a qualified person for decisions that matter.
6. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, hateful, threatening, or that involves minors in any way.
7. You agree not to attempt to make a character produce explicit sexual material. Requests of that kind are refused by design.
8. You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you choose to share, and for keeping sensitive personal information out of the conversation.
9. We may adjust, rename, retire or add characters at any time without notice.
10. We may suspend or withdraw access where use of the service breaches these terms or risks harm to other users.
11. Availability is offered on a reasonable-effort basis. Interruptions for maintenance or technical reasons may occur.
12. All text, artwork, layout and code published on this website remain the property of their respective owners and may not be copied for commercial use.
13. You may quote short extracts of published pages with a visible credit and a working link back to the source page.
14. Automated scraping, bulk downloading, or reproducing character profiles elsewhere is not permitted.
15. You must not attempt to interfere with the operation of the website, probe its security, or overload it with automated requests.
16. Any paid features, where offered, are described at the point of purchase, and the terms shown there apply in addition to these.
17. Where a paid feature is offered, prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at the point of purchase.
18. Refunds for any paid feature are handled according to the notice shown at purchase and to your statutory rights.
19. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control them and accept no responsibility for their content.
20. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the service is excluded.

24. If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue to apply in full.
